Mr Bibek Rawal has 14 years of experience in the field of investment strategies, portfolio management, and mutual funds. He has extensive experience in core banking credit—lending loans, mortgages, and managing corporate credit clients’ loan accounts—with strong risk management skills. He specializes in diversification of portfolios to spread equity-related risks and has in-depth knowledge of market intelligence. Focus areas include strategic management, business development, proposals, and feasibility studies. He has 5 years in hydropower, serving as an executive director in the commencement of Bhujung Hydro Project Upper Midim (7.5 MW).

Serving as the Chairperson at Pinnacle Urja Invest Pvt. Ltd. (20.5 MW), Kathmandu, for the past 6 months. Currently the Managing Director at BhuJung Hydropower Ltd. since 2078/09/29 (B.S.). Previously Director at Annapurna Electricity Development Co. Ltd. (1.5 years). Worked as Manager and Technical Officer at Rasuwa Construction Pvt. Ltd., with 21 years of experience.

Mr. Rijan Poudyal earned his BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Kathmandu University, 2005) and ME in Electrical Power Engineering (2010, NOMA Fellow). He has 19+ years in design, supervision, installation, and commissioning of electromechanical components for hydropower projects, transmission lines, and substations, and served over a decade as EM Division Head at Rasuwagadhi Hydroelectric Project (111 MW).

Mr. Gyanendra Shrestha holds a Master’s in Control Theory & Control Engineering (Harbin Engineering University) and a BE in Electrical (Kathmandu University). He has a decorated career in hydropower as a technical expert and supplier of electro-mechanical equipment. He is Independent Director at Vision Lumbini Urja Co. Ltd and is associated with multiple hydropower projects.

Dr. Rawal has held several high-profile roles, including Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Constituent Assembly Member, and President of Nepal Bankers Association. He has served as Executive Chairman of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, General Manager of ADB Bank Limited, and Chairman of Global College of Management, among others.
